Nicole is a founding partner of Phyton Talent Advisors with 18 years of experience in executive search, staffing, and career advisory across Financial Services. She began her career on a Fixed Income sales desk at a major international broker dealer before moving into the staffing industry, where she quickly built a reputation for business development and strategic client partnership.
Nicole specializes in placing permanent and contract talent across Operations, Compliance and Legal, Human Resources, Risk, Sales and Business Development, and Project Management, with a deep focus on Investment Banks, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, and software firms.
Her approach is personal and precise. She focuses on the intangibles others often overlook to find the right fit, and her clients consistently value her as a trusted strategic partner rather than just a recruiting vendor.

Will Sakellaris
Managing Director
Will brings over 20 years of experience to the staffing industry. Through those years he has helped grow both Permanent and Consulting practices within the Financial Services arena.
Leading from a Business Development perspective Will is focused on Phyton’s entire Enterprise across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Admin, HR, Finance and IT. He has been servicing Global clients within the Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Hedge Fund Communities. Will prides himself on fostering existing relationships and being a long-term value partner with a consultative manner. Throughout this very personal approach, he has identified talent and assisted his clients on current and future hiring decisions.
Prior to a life in staffing, Will received a BS in Finance from Thomas Jefferson, Philadelphia University. He grew up in the family restaurant business both in the US and Greece. In those developmental years, he not only gathered a love for the cuisine but a passion for engaging the public and a commitment to strong client service: Traits that stick with him to this day.
