HRO Today's Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings rely exclusively on feedback from service buyers, not HRO Today staff opinions. Feedback is gathered annually through online surveys distributed directly to buyers and indirectly via service providers. Data from providers with significant sample sizes are analyzed in three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and service quality. Using a predetermined algorithm, weighted by question and category importance, scores are calculated for each subcategory and an overall score. HRO Today only intervenes by discarding incomplete surveys or those outside the normal distribution.
