NEW YORK, NY – LevelUP Human Capital Solutions, an emerging leader within the talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR advisory space, is pleased to announce their recent certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). The certification was awarded by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).

NMDSC is committed to helping organizations solve the growing need for supplier diversity by matching more than 12,000 certified minority-owned businesses to its vast network of corporate members who wish to purchase their products, services and solutions. The NMSDC corporate membership includes many of the largest public and privately-owned companies, as well healthcare companies, colleges and universities.

NMSDC’s rigorous certification process requires that minority businesses in its Network are at least 51% minority-owned, operated and controlled. Eligibility is established by conducting a series of screenings, interviews and site visits. This distinguishes NMSDC from other organizations or entities who publish directories allowing for “self-certification” as their standard.
