LevelUP Human Capital Solutions (LevelUP HCS), a global leader in agile talent solutions, today announced the promotion of Grant Jessup to Chief Client Officer (CCO) and Senior Vice President, International. Effective June 17, 2025, Jessup assumes a dual mandate central to LevelUP's international growth strategy.
As Chief Client Officer, Jessup leads LevelUP's go-to-market function, owning the global Sales and Solutions agenda and setting the standard for client experience from first engagement through long-term partnership. As Senior Vice President, International, he serves as the senior representative across all markets outside the Americas, providing strategic oversight, commercial leadership, and executive presence to drive growth in LevelUP's international business.
Jessup joined LevelUP as VP of Sales and Solutions, EMEA in 2022, before being elevated to Global Head of Sales and Solutions in January 2024 — a role in which he was instrumental in expanding LevelUP's international client portfolio and strengthening the firm's commercial capabilities across global markets. His appointment to this newly created executive role reflects both his individual impact and the firm's ambition to scale its international footprint with the same discipline and client focus that has defined its growth to date.
