What is LevelUP’s DE&I policy?

We aim to create and nurture a diverse and supportive environment driven by awareness of self and others, transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. Our people and unique culture are key sources of our competitive advantage. The LevelUP team’s wide variety of cultures, backgrounds, skills, and experiences enables our ability to innovate and discover the best talent and solutions for our clients. 

LevelUP Human Capital Solutions received its Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). NMSDC’s rigorous certification process requires that minority businesses in its Network are at least 51% minority-owned, operated and controlled. Eligibility is established through a series of screenings, interviews, and site visits. We are also a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the New York City Department of Small Business Services. We hope that our MBE certification will help you meet diversity goals by increasing supplier diversity.

  • Scope - Our Diversity and Inclusion policy applies to all LevelUP HCS employees.  
  • Sponsorship and Responsibilities - The LevelUP HCS Executive Committee is committed to the implementation of this policy, and its revisions. Senior employees are accountable for the pursuit of these policies, as well as all employees who are made aware of and held responsible for the Company's expectations.  
  • Monitoring and Reporting - We consistently audit the combination of our workforce and strive to consistently provide a diverse and inclusive environment that will attract and retain such. The data collected from these audits will be made public accordingly when required by law.

How does LevelUP internally support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation?
