Talent Advisor

Our Talent Advisors sit onsite with a specified client, delivering quality talent in an agile and cost efficient environment. Through applying proven recruitment strategies, our Talent Advisors champion their client as an employer of choice.

We are seeking an experienced (1-2+ years) professionals to join our team and work in, what we know to be, the absolute best culture in the Talent Acquisition industry. A small % of our recruiters are housed at our Head Office, but the majority sit directly off-site at our client partner office locations, which is atypical in this industry.  As a consistently (rapidly) growing and nationally acclaimed company since our launch in 2012, we are headquartered in NYC, with offices in Europe (UK), Canada & Latin America, in addition to having partner sites nationwide. 


Talent Advisor (Tech & Non-Tech): 

We partner with both Fortune 500 and small businesses nationwide in their search to hire the best talent needed to deliver on their corporate duty (growth).  We have openings for Recruiters who seek meaningful work and are looking to reach their full potential in the $120+ billion recruiting industry.

Talent Advisor Responsibilities


  • Build relationships with new and current candidates through in-person meetings and phone calls
  • Search for and engage candidates through various job boards, internal database, referrals, and various social and professional media tools
  • Write effective content needed for online job postings
  • Qualify and disqualify candidates during phone calls and in-person meetings
  • Match candidate skills/desires/personality with client needs
  • Conduct candidate calls to prep for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interview
  • Negotiate terms of employment with candidates
  • Actively participate in networking groups and other business programs to generate passive candidates
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop best practices in the industry


Talent Advisor Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-3 years of recruiting or sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team
  • The intellect to “think on your feet,” solve problems, and make wise decisions
  • Ability to be a creative thinker and leverage positive influence
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales and leadership
